Yoga tea is a classic among Ayurvedic teas. In this mixture you will find wild nettle combined with other spices. Yoga tea is a vitalizing hot drink at any time.
We recommend preparing this tea in the classic way: boil 11 g of Yoga tea in 1 liter of water for 30 minutes, strain it and add 1/4 liter of milk, you can sweeten it with honey if you wish.
In addition to the classic preparation method, there is a "black tea" method: boil 11 g of Yoga tea in 1 l of water for 30 minutes, add 6 g of black tea (Ceylon) and let it stand for 3-5 minutes. Strain it and add milk and sugar as desired.
