The ordered items will be delivered to your address as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days for available items, which are in stock with the suppliers.
During periods of increased order volume, such as HARISSA’s birthday, the Christmas season, etc., delivery may take between 3 and 10 business days.
If we estimate that the delivery time will be more than 7 working days, or if it is impossible to deliver the requested item, you will be notified via the email address provided during registration after verification with the supplier.
In places where organized delivery is available, your package will be delivered directly to your home. Where package delivery is not organized, the post office or a courier company will inform you of the arrival of the shipment, and you will be able to pick up your package within the timeframes set by the delivery service.
Harissa or the authorized carrier reserves the right to request identification of the recipient through a personal document. If such identification is not provided, Harissa reserves the right not to deliver the sent goods.
The recipient confirms the receipt of the goods by signing the delivery note or a similar document.
The delivery time to other EU countries is 8-12 working days.
