China Special Gunpowder
Green tea "Zucha" or "Pearl tea"
INGREDIENTS: green tea
This tea is also known by the names "Zucha" or "Pearl tea."
Similar to classic gunpowder tea, it is slowly dried in rotating drums. Due to the constant rotation, the tea takes on a pearl-like shape. "Temple of Heaven" is a tea with tightly rolled pearls, and it is of high quality. The aroma is slightly milder than standard gunpowder tea.
This tea can be consumed throughout the day, but if you find it too bitter, you can discard the first infusion and enjoy the second one. However, this way, you lose most of the caffeine.
