INGREDIENTS: green tea, husked rice, popped rice
"Genmai" translates to natural rice. This specialty is made from Bancha to which about 50% popped rice is added.
Its incomparable taste is characterized by the mildness of Bancha, perfectly complemented by a pleasant, lightly sweet, and nutty caramel note.
Thanks to its low caffeine content and mild taste, you can enjoy this tea all day long. Beginners can have their first positive experience with this green tea. Japanese people prefer this tea in the afternoon.
