Usage recommendation:
In a large oven-safe pot, fry 80g of bacon diced into cubes, add 20g of oil, and 1kg of thin-sliced starchy potatoes. Brown briefly and thoroughly. Add two onions diced into large cubes, season with two tablespoons of roasted potato spice mix, stir, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Instead of fresh onions, you can top the potatoes with fried onions at the end.
