FLAVOR
The first taste you will notice is a strong sweet-spicy aroma, and the spiciness "hits" after 30-45 seconds and becomes more and more intense after 10 minutes, so be very careful when working with it.
PURCHASE AND STORAGE
The best way to preserve the taste of fresh peppers is to freeze them, the dried ones should be kept in a closed and dark place. If you use them fresh, we recommend wearing a mask and gloves and long sleeves when cooking because they can burn the skin.
