Salsus lobster demi-glace is made only from natural ingredients. They carefully prepare their stocks by roasting bones and vegetables to enhance their flavours and then slow-cook them with water, vegetables, and spices to perfection. They take pride in not using any additives, making the demi-glace suitable for both paleo and keto diets.
Lobster demi-glace is a delicious slow-cooked stock with rich flavours. It is made from lobster shells, which are reduced by two-thirds. Salsus uses lobsters from the pristine waters of Norway, where the cold and clean environment gives these shellfish their world-renowned quality.
