Semi-fermented Milky Oolong tea – Creamy cocktail

Ingredients:
- 7-8 tsp semi-fermented Milky Oolong tea
- 2-3 tsp milk
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (one scoop per person)
- Ice
Preparation:
- Boil 7 to 8 teaspoons of semi-fermented Milky Oolong tea in 1 liter of water at approx. 80° C. Boil for up to 3 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat and let the tea steep for another 3 minutes.
- Fill a large jug with ice cubes and pour the tea. Wait until the tea has cooled completely.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to the chilled tea. Already at this moment, you have a delicious and cold drink to cool down summer mornings. If you add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glass, this tea becomes a perfectly delicious creamy cold drink.
Cocktail advice:
For an explosion of creamy sweet taste, add 10 ml of chocolate liqueur of your choice to the served iced tea!
