Today you learn the professional little secrets of the cocktail masters. It is completely different and not for everyone, but you will make a delicious cocktail. This recipe is not too demanding, but you will need about ten minutes to prepare the ingredients for the cocktail. After that it's easy. Prepare your thermos or pickle jar ad let's start with an original cocktail.
White sandy beaches, crystal clear sea, the sound of palm leaves, Caribbean music in the background, beautifully sun-kissed skin, good mood, and chocolate and coconut reinforce the meaning of a good life. "Le bon goût de la vie" or Bon tea in short - chocolate and coconut included. Enjoy this creamy, soft creation with or without Caribbean music.
Chocolate and coconut make a great cocktail combination, especially when paired with dark Caribbean rum. Tonka is a vanilla-like spice with more chocolate and cinnamon notes that goes well with rum and Bon tea, which contains chocolate and coconut.
We added the juice of half a lemon to this to balance the tonka syrup and give the cocktail a touch of freshness. Feel free to substitute lemon for lime to get an even fuller Caribbean flavor.

It is recommended to use dark or spiced rum and to avoid white rum or our rum versions in this cocktail as you will not get the fullness of flavor you need to balance the cocktail.
You can drink this cocktail on a hot summer day, a rainy spring and autumn day or a cold winter day. Perfect for all occasions to sweeten up and at the same time refresh the moment.
