Seasoning for Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS: onion, red peppers, black peppercorn, parsnip, smoked peppers, turmeric, caraway, garlic, ginger, rock salt, smoked salt (total salt content 39%)
ALLERGENS: nuts, celery and celery products, mustard and mustard products.
Usage recommendation: In a large oven-safe pot, sauté 80g of diced bacon over heat, add 20g of oil and 1kg of starchy potatoes sliced into rounds, and roast briefly and well. Add two onions, cut into larger cubes, and season with two tablespoons of seasoning for roasted potatoes, mix, and roast in the oven for 25 minutes. Instead of fresh onions, you can generously sprinkle the potatoes with our fried onions at the end.
GOOD for roasting potatoes and other oven-baked dishes, marinades, sauces.
