A careful balance between must and wine vinegar, paying special attention to smell and taste, has allowed the creation of a product with exceptional organoleptic properties, where sweetness, acidity and smell come together in a rare and unique mixture.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 7 Crowns is produced according to the traditional family method, using only must from selected grapes, cooked directly on fire and then mixed with the best well-aged wine vinegar. It has a syrupy consistency, a dark shiny color and a pleasant bitter-sweet taste. It is a well-balanced, aromatic balsamic vinegar of good structure with notes of cooked must and fine wood.
